Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to change or cancel an appointment. You can do this in your online profile through our booking site, or by contacting the salon directly.

Any changes, as in eliminating a service that has been booked, or cancellations within the 24 hour period are subjected to a $25 fee per service booked. You are required to pay the fee before you can be rescheduled, or if doing online, it will be added to your final bill on the new appointment day.

If you fail to notify us of a cancellation, and do not make your appointment as scheduled, you are subjected to a minimum fee of $25 or up to 50% of your scheduled services. This would be due prior to rebooking. Online rebooking for no show appointments will not be accepted until the fee has been paid for the missed time.

Late fees

As our appointments are made with specific blocks of time to ensure services can be completed accordingly, we ask that you arrive 10 min before start time. If you arrive 15 min late or more for your scheduled time, please know that you are subjected to a $15 fee, and may have to have your services altered to fit within the time allotted. If a service scheduled for that day must be eliminated, it falls under the $25 fee for changes to an appointment within the 24 hour period.
