The health and safety of our clients and staff is of utmost importance as the salon is reopen.  Here are the new policies and procedures effective June 8, 2020.



  • Please note that there will be additional time needed to complete screening and protocols, as well as safety procedures between clients per State guidelines.  You can expect an additional 15-30 minutes of time for each scheduled appointment.  We ask for your patience as we adapt to the new systems in addition to our normal sanitation routine.

  • The Salon is by appointment only, no walk in traffic can be accommodated..

  • We will not be offering Skin Care, Lash,or Make-up services at this time due to safety concerns. 

  • Tanning is available by appointment only.

  • Please call the salon when you arrive so we can let you in.




  • Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time.  Our waiting area is closed, so please remain in your car.  Call the salon to notify them of your arrival.  The salon staff will let you know when you can safely come in.

  • Hand sanitizer will be used upon entry to the salon

  • A COVID-19 liability waiver will be required to sign prior to entering the salon before any services.

  • No one with any symptoms of coughing or sneezing will be admitted and your services will have to be rescheduled.  


Salon Policies


  • Credit cards can be applied as payment for services and retail only. If you choose to tip your stylist, cash or personal check payment only.  

  • Cancellation Policy- should you need to cancel within the 24 hour period due to illness:  Please reschedule any appointments as soon as possible if you are unwell.  If you are sneezing or coughing or have any other symptoms, please reschedule your appointment. If you have been tested and are awaiting results of COVID-19, please reschedule your appointment.  If you have been exposed to anyone that is positive for COVID-19 please reschedule your appointment. 

  • Please arrive a few minutes before you are scheduled and notify the salon that you are ready.  Anyone late cannot be admitted and we will have to reschedule your services. 

  • Clients must supply and wear a mask at all times.  If you do not have a mask, your appointment will have to be rescheduled.

  • Only one client per appointment time.  No one other than the client can be admitted per our occupancy guidelines.  No children, guests, etc. can accompany the client. 



I have requested cosmetology services from PS Salon and Spa LLC (“Company”) 

which necessitates my presence at the Company’s premises and, which requires contact 

with the Company’s personnel. I hereby voluntarily and knowingly assume all risk and 

waive and release any and all claims or rights of any kind, known or unknown, in equity 

or law, in contract or tort or otherwise, at any time arising from or related in any way to 

the COVID-19 virus against Company or any owners, directors, officers, independent 

contractors, employees, or related persons or entities. I understand this assumption of 

the risk, waiver and release is in consideration for the Company providing cosmetology 

services and permitting my presence on the Company’s premises. This assumption of the 

risk, waiver and release is effective immediately and continues unless and until I cancel 

this assumption of the risk, waiver and release by a signed writing provided to Company.
